RYAN ALECK HILL

I’m a filmmaker, photographer, and video editor based in D.C., currently deep in the world of YouTube. Since 2021, I’ve been editing for creators like Anthony Fantano (The Needle Drop), working on his Let’s Argue series and other projects that live somewhere between music nerd explainers and internet chaos. He was ranked as one of the 25 most influential creators by Rolling Stone in 2024.

I also create short-form video content for Three Mile Media, with a focus on food, nightlife, and the Instagram space. On top of that, I'm a regular contributor to Austin Texas based move discussion podcast Screener Squad over at One Of Us.

Before that, I spent four years as a Director of Photography and Editor at NJI Media, and a season with the Washington Commanders’ video team during the 2016 NFL season.

I studied Film & Video at George Mason University, where several of my short films screened at festivals across the country. I love telling stories that blend humor, heart, and just the right amount of weirdness.
